Day 1 – Flight to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park

Start your journey with a delicious breakfast before being chauffeured from your hotel to Entebbe airport. A domestic flight will then transport you to Kisoro airstrip. Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed and transferred to the lodge for a leisurely afternoon. Later, experience the tranquility of Lake Mutanda with a scenic boat cruise, followed by a return to the lodge for relaxation.

Day 2 – Gorilla Trekking Experience in Mgahinga Forest

After a hearty breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing by experienced park rangers on the upcoming gorilla trek. The adventure begins as you drive to the trailhead, commencing an unforgettable trek to encounter mountain gorillas. Spend an hour in awe of these magnificent creatures before returning to the comfort of the lodge.

Day 3 – Drive to Lake Bunyonyi

Ease into the day with a relaxed breakfast before embarking on a scenic drive to Lake Bunyonyi. The two-hour journey reveals Uganda’s deepest lake, with historical significance to the Bakiga and Batwa tribes residing on its shores. In the evening, savor a sundowner, absorbing the sights of local fishermen, vibrant birdlife, and historical islands.

Day 4 – Drive to Lake Mburo NP

As the morning sun rises, set out for Uganda’s smallest savannah national park. Day 5 – Drive Back to Entebbe
