Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Our guide will pick you from the hotel to take part in the Kigali city tour then transfer to Volcanoes National Park for your dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Gorilla Tracking/Trekking in Volcanoes National Park
Have an early morning breakfast then you will be transferred to the park headquarters for briefing by 8am. You will be given a group to track and a ranger to guide through the walk, which will take you between 1-6 hours to trek. Once you meet the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend only 1 hour with them as you observe their behaviors; how they feed, play and interact with one another. In the forest, you will be able to sight some animals like the golden monkey, elephants and buffaloes as well as bird species. Then Transfer to Nyungwe National Park for an overnight.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking and Canopy Walk in Nyungwe
After breakfast, proceed with chimpanzee trekking within the Nyungwe forest. This forest is home to huge chimpanzees troops only comparable to those in Uganda’s Kibale Forest national park. The Lhotse’s monkeys plus the white Angolan Colobus monkeys do make primate tourism within this forest equivalent to no other in Africa.

Day 4: Departure
After breakfast, you will transfer to the genocide memorial center in Kigali, which was officially opened in 20014 to commemoration of the 1994 genocide that was against the Tutsi in Rwanda. After you will be transferred back to Kigali at your Hotel or Airport
