The UWA reservations department will guide you through the booking process or a tour operator can assist you in booking your gorilla trekking permit on your behalf.
Upon contacting Trek Africa Expeditions, a dedicated safari consultant will verify the availability of gorilla permits in either Bwindi Impenetrable National Park or Mgahinga National Park by checking the Uganda Wildlife Authority system or contacting their reservations office. Once availability is confirmed, your assigned safari designer will inform you before sending an invoice for payment of the gorilla permits.

You may wire the funds directly to our bank account and provide us with proof of payment or pay instantly by credit card, which will incur a surcharge of 5% of the total amount. It typically takes 2-3 business days for the payment to reflect in our bank account. Once the payment has been received, we will withdraw the funds and make payment for your gorilla permits. These copies are sent to you for your records and review, while the originals are safely kept until your safari commences.
