Detailed Safari Itinerary:

Day 1 – Drive to Murchison Falls National Park

After a delightful breakfast at your lodge, transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via the top of the falls. Upon arrival at the lodge, check-in, and if time allows, enjoy a short game drive in the park.

Day 2 – Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise

Start the day with an early morning game drive to spot wildlife like elephants, giraffes, buffalos, Uganda Kob, lions, leopards, hyenas, and diverse birdlife. Later, drive to the pier for an afternoon boat cruise on the Nile, encountering hippos and crocodiles en route to the famous Murchison Falls.

Day 3 – Drive to Kibale Forest National Park

After a leisurely breakfast, drive through the escarpment for breathtaking views of Lake Albert. Upon arrival in Kibale Forest National Park, visit tea farms and transfer to the lodge for relaxation.

Day 4 – Chimpanzee Trekking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After morning breakfast, your guide will transfer you to Kanyanchu Park Headquarters for a chimpanzee trekking briefing. Trek on foot to locate chimpanzees, spending 1 hour with them. Later, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an evening game drive.

Day 5 – Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise

Embark on an early game drive in the Kasenyi plains, searching for nocturnal wildlife and morning-active predators. Return to the lodge for lunch and transfer to Mweya for a boat cruise on Kazinga Channel, encountering hippos and crocodiles.

Day 6 – Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After a relaxed breakfast, drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via the escarpment, Kalinzu, and Ankole tea farms. Enjoy fascinating views before checking into your booked lodge for overnight and relaxation.

Day 7 – Gorilla Trekking Experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

As the sun rises, enjoy breakfast with packed lunch and enough water. Transfer to the park headquarters for gorilla trekking briefing by rangers. Trek into the rainforest, spending an hour with the mountain gorillas. Return to the lodge for relaxation.

Day 8 – Drive to Lake Bunyonyi

After a leisurely breakfast, drive to Lake Bunyonyi, Uganda’s deepest lake with breathtaking island views. Check into the lodge for relaxation and enjoy an evening boat cruise on the lake.

Day 9 – Drive to Entebbe

After morning breakfast, bid farewell to the lodge and drive back to Entebbe via the equator. Upon arrival, transfer to your booked lodge or the airport for your departure flight.
