This 3 Day Rwanda Gorilla and Wildlife Safari takes you on a Journey to see the endangered mountain gorillas in Volcanoes National Park and for a game drive in Akagera National Park. While on this safari, you will get a chance to track mountain gorillas and spend one hour sighting these great creatures in their natural habitant as they go about their daily routine. Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Our guide will pick you from the hotel to take part in the Kigali city tour then transfer to Volcanoes National Park for your overnight.

- Midrange: Le Bamboo Gorilla Lodge
- Meal plan: Full board
Day 2: Gorilla Tracking/Trekking in Volcanoes National Park
Have an early morning breakfast then you will be transferred to the park headquarters for briefing by 8am. You will be given a group to track and a ranger to guide through the walk which will take you between 1-6 hours to trek. Once you meet the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend only 1 hour with them as you observe their behaviors; how they feed, play and interact with one another. In the forest you will be able to sight some animals like the golden monkey, elephants and buffaloes as well as bird species. Then transfer to Akagera National Park for overnight.

Day 3: Game Drive in Akagera National Park and Departure
We arise early and leave right after breakfast for a game drive in Akagera national park. We will be searching for the big mammals like Elephants, Giraffes, Buffaloes, several Antelope species, and recently the re-introduced Lions and Rhinos. The park is a varied habitat for wildlife and a birders haven with over 500 bird species in the park. You will take a boat trip on Lake Ihema watch Hippos and crocodiles in the water or by the shores. After you will be transferred back to Kigali at your Hotel or Airport
