Booking Procedure for a Uganda Safari with Trek Africa Expeditions

Tour Package Confirmation and Costs:

Confirm your chosen tour package with our tour consultant and agree on the cost per person based on accommodation level and duration. Trek Africa Expeditions provides private Uganda safari packages at affordable rates for groups, couples, honeymooners, and solo travelers. During this phase, we check for Gorilla permits, Chimpanzee permits, and accommodations based on your intended travel dates. As a private package, you have the flexibility to choose your travel dates, subject to permit availability.

Safari Confirmation: Provide your full names, passport numbers, and country of origin to allow us to reserve permits and accommodation.

Make Payments (20% – 40% of the Total Tour Cost):

To secure your Gorilla permits and other elements of the tour, make an initial payment. Payments can be wired directly to our company bank account or made online via credit card. Upon receiving your payment, we’ll send a confirmation email along with a receipt indicating the balance.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival or three weeks before the arrival date. Cash payments are accepted on arrival, while bank transfers or credit card payments must be made at least three weeks before arrival.
